As a professional Bazi consultant, I’ve spent years honing my craft before accepting my first client and continually refining my skills through advanced coaching and consulting training. Yet, despite this expertise, I’ve learned one undeniable truth: even the most insightful tool can only reflect what you give it.
Bazi, like all energy work, is a mirror. It reveals challenges and opportunities based on the context you provide. But when the reflection is incomplete, the guidance you receive will inevitably fall short.

Let me share a story that taught me this lesson..
A client once came to me after being fired three times in three years. When we met during her second year of struggle, I advised her explicitly: “Do not quit your job. Pause, reflect, and consider your role in this pattern.” Yet, despite my guidance, she resigned shortly after, blaming a difficult boss for her decision. Frustrated and disheartened, she claimed that her Bazi reading had “failed” her. At first, I assumed our work was over. However, when she returned months later with another job—and shared various stories and updates about her life—I was sincerely happy for her progress , but later on was in utter disbelief and shocked to learn that she had once again been terminated after being transferred from one project to another. A similar pattern in the past. Yet again, she blamed her termination on her Bazi reading, claiming that it had not warned her of the outcome.
Upon further investigation, I discovered that she had not shared her full story with me. We eventually concluded that she wasn’t even aware that her situation was different from what she had portrayed or imagined. In other words, what she had shared during her updates was not entirely true.
Bazi is Not Fortune-Telling
Here’s the truth: Bazi is not a crystal ball. It doesn’t predict your fate or dictate your destiny. It’s a compass—a tool that reflects the energetic patterns of your life based on the information you provide, basically - context. You don’t get “bad luck” because of your Bazi chart. Something only happened because it’s a consequence of something. In her case, the chart hadn’t failed. It had simply mirrored the incomplete picture she’d shared. Her repeated job losses weren’t a matter of “bad luck” or “destiny.” They were the result of unaddressed patterns: a lack of self-awareness, incomplete communication, and perhaps an overestimation of her own readiness for certain roles.
Roots Before Branches: And That Is Why Context Matters..
This experience crystallized a core belief of my work: lasting transformation begins with rooting in truth. In any energy work, the process is deeply collaborative. As practitioners, we can only guide you as far as the context you provide. If the “problem” is framed inaccurately—or if key details are withheld—the solutions we co-create will naturally miss the mark. This is why I always remind my clients: any tool, no matter how powerful, is only as effective as the truth you bring to it.
We believe that every change starts with a solid foundation. Before we can chart a new path, we must first root ourselves in honesty. This means:
Acknowledging your full story—the triumphs, the struggles, and the uncomfortable truths (Be honest with yourself)
Taking responsibility for your role in the patterns you wish to change.
Committing to a dialogue that’s as open and honest as the guidance you seek.
When you show up with this level of authenticity, energy work becomes a powerful catalyst for transformation.
Energy Works Both Ways
Energy is a two-way street. What you give is what you get back. If you approach your Bazi reading—or any form of energy work—with half-truths or self-deception, the reflection you receive will be equally fragmented. But when you commit to honesty, you create the conditions for true clarity and empowerment.
If you’ve ever felt stuck in cycles of frustration, ask yourself: Am I planting my roots in honesty?
Becoming a better person, don’t sprout from half-truths. They grow when we courageously tend to the soil of our lives—mess, mysteries, and all. Your Bazi chart isn’t your destiny. It’s an invitation to align with the energy of your truest path.
But first, you must show up as your whole self....
